My EPic Adventure in Malta

Everything started with a curious kid who always said to his mother that one day in the future he would travel to many countries.

Well, this is me! Probably, you are reading this, because you want to come on board on this adventurous experience. Once it was my dream, but now It’s my reality, all because I never doubted myself and I popped my bubble.

Of course, nothing in life is a piece of cake. However, I knew that I would need English to talk to people and make my trips easier.

Also, I am very talkative, so without interaction, I would go crazy. Knowing this, in 2020 I started taking English lessons, and the first class was love at first sight. I confess I fell in love with this language.

I even taught English for almost two years.

Finally, the day came: January 17th, 2025. I was flying to Malta feeling extremely emotional, afraid, happy, and experiencing all the feelings you could imagine.

After all, I was leaving my family and everything I loved behind.

But without a doubt, coming to Malta was the best decision I ever made, and it became even better because I chose English Path to be my family for four months.

Now it is 2026, and I am still here. I decided to call Malta home not just for four months, but for a longer time.

I got a job at a restaurant as a host and obtained my documents to live here (by the way, Malta is one of the easiest countries to get residency documents in Europe).

However, I wasn’t happy at that job, so to find balance, I started leading conversation clubs at the school to help other students improve their English.

Nowadays, I also help with marketing and student office tasks.

This journey was not only about studying English; it was also about discovering who I truly am.

I met people from Colombia, Japan, Korea, Turkey, France, well the list is long.

As you know, when people from different countries come together, you create EPic moments that last a lifetime.
